If you wish to bid on a unit, the rules are:

1. No one under the age of eighteen (18) years of age is admitted to the Auction.

2. You must register and receive a bidder number.

3. What you see from the door is what you bid on. You may not touch any item or step inside the unit.

4. Payment is due at the conclusion of each Auction. Your bids are at an open Auction and cash or Master/Visa credit cards are the only accepted forms of payment. No checks will be accepted under any circumstances.

5. You must supply your own lock. Units are sold as is, where is. There are no warranties, or guarantees.

6.You must put a deposit on any unit that you purchase of  $50.00 that will be returned when the unit is clean and that you have not put any items in the dumpsters at the facility.

7. All units purchased must be cleared by Monday at 12 noon for refund on deposits.

8. If there are any personal items such as photographs/alums, birth/death certificates, anything with a social security number and items of that nature please box them and bring them to the office.

9. The auctioneer reserves the right to: A) Revoke the bidding privileges of any bidder; B Refuse a bid that is merely a fractional advance over a preceding bid; C) Cancel the sale prior to having said “SOLD“

10. Persons attending the auction and/or the removal of goods from the premises assume all risk of both personal and property from liability.

11. If you are the successful bidder, you are the new owner of the units contents. You are the only authorized person allowed to enter the facility to access that unit.

13. Bidders are responsible for their bid to be either seen or heard.
